The house price known data was in $ round hundreds, so you might wrap the FORECAST in =ROUND([your expression],-2). The savings account was opened with a nominal amount of $10 then did nothing for two years, so your forecast might exclude the first data line. Thanks for the intro to FORECAST functions, I've not used them before.

You might be able to change the months (if you have them as dates (based on format like 01/01/2022, 01/02/2022)) to "General" (in the Home->Number section) and that will give you a placeholder number almost. This worked for me as I was dealing with daily dates (and predictions based on that)
