Can’t wait to play some Flashpoint but hoping this evolves into something massive as well, to be able to play a tabletop game of Firefight with grunts running around everywhere or a small to large UNSC vs Covenant etc with to scale vehicles. If so can customisation be a focus, single piece models are fine for a board game but anything bigger you really need multipart sprues with armour options etc. That would be epic.

I'm glad to know more of the Banished are coming. It's a little sad to not see non-Spartan miniatures in the first few months of the game's life - Banished, UNSC troops, the Flood, Promethans/Created are just as big a part of the Halo experience as Spartans are, after all! I'm still very excited for the game and excited to see what you guys have in store for the latter part of 2025

As a massive halo fan this is an absolute must for me! I really want to collect the Covenant which means lots of elites! And November is my birth month which means this will be a very fun treat if I can get my Halo loving hands on this game

Absolutely love the look of this and also really enjoying the recently released Worms game too! I was wondering if you could produce coloured rings for Halo similar to the Worms board game so I can paint the Spartan armour any colour I want and still distinguish between red and blue teams? I definitely can't wait to get my Spartan Edition this November! Quick question though! Does the early bird Master Chief promotional miniature also come with the game cards to use him in our games? I'd hate to have the miniature but not be able to use him in games since I'd be missing the rules!

Are vehicles in any future expansion plans? I'd love to have a Warthog and Ghost on the battlefield! Especially since hopping into/out of vehicles has been in Halo's DNA since 2001.

as much as i like halo multiplayer, i'd like to see this with more of a campaign spin in the future. i'd like to see fully rounded out unsc and covenant forces fighting over major lore battles. reach, harvest, arcadia, halo, new mambasa and more. Don't get me wrong, i like this idea, halo always was a smash multiplayer hit, especially with halo 3 custom games; i'd just like to see campaign stuff in the future because that's such a big draw. warthogs, mantises, wraiths, banshees, and ghosts would all be great units to paint and build.

Excited to get my Spartan edition in and start playing! The OP kits however seems very lackluster. I know OP is very expensive and not a money maker, but one set of tokens for one person is kinda lame. A cool alt art card or something for everyone else is more enticing to get people out and playing

The person running the event can share out the tokens however they like. There’s no reason they all need to go to the winner. You could share them around and then get a different pet of the set when you play in the next event. OP will change over time and this is just the first kit. There’s also the achievements tracker that we haven’t gone into in detail with you yet.

I'm really hoping Santa drops off the Spartan Edition for Christmas 😆. The UNSC scenery looks fantastic, and is a must buy. I wonder if a Banished/Covenant scenery set is in the works . 🙃. Do you plan to run a UK tournament yourselves at your HQ if there is enough uptake with the game ?

How large do you see this game getting? Whats the hope? What's the goal? Do not mistake these questions for scepticism, I've already preordered this game because I want this to be the next Halo platform that we start to see more and more players on! Local game shops, tournaments, events, lets get this thing huge!

We want this game to be huge! We have waves of releases already planned and into the future, and we think this could be something that due to accessibility and speed of play could really grow into a great tournament game as well as a more casual games night game. It doesn't take a lot of investment in money or time so can just as easily be your side game alongside something bigger scale or you can go deep and make this your go to tournament experience. We have so many plans we can't share just yet, but this isn't a game that's launch and forget - that's for certain!

The minis come in pre-coloured plastic (one team red and one team blue) so you wouldn't have to paint them if you didn't want to, however lots of hobbyists love to put there own personal touch to their Fireteams.

@@manticgames The starter packs were precolored and split evenly, but how will these new packs be dealt with? They only come with 4 different minis, so are they just going to be grey and you can paint them to match the red or blue you got in the starter?

That's where your option to add some hobby skills to the game by painting and basing your minis how you's like. A flat base gives folks the option to set their Spartans in any environment they'd like.

It’s kind of beyond me that of all the things to do with a Halo tabletop game they just elected to make Halo multiplayer again. Not like an actual serious skirmish style game set in the human covenant war with marines and covenant foot soldiers. Cause who would ever wanna collect an army of Reach era UNSC army troops? Totally not me or anyone else. Let’s just do the same thing forever, more Spartans, no expanding the setting allowed.

Might be a dissenting opinion but this just puts me off the game. The game hasn't even been released and you are telling me how much more content that I should buy because "this is one you wont want to miss out on". This has changed me from being very close to pre-ordering to a 'definitely wait'.

All miniatures games work on new releases coming out to give folks new things to use and enjoy. All we're doing here is giving folks the opportunity to pre-order them so we can make sure that everyone who wants them at launch can get them. Those that choose to wait will still get them but they may have to wait for restocks that's all.

@@manticgames Sure, but the game hasn't been released, no-one (aside from convention copies) has had the opportunity to even open their game let alone enjoy it and you are already advertising for 'must buy' future products. Even WotC has the foresight to get a MTG release into a customers hand at least for a day before previewing the next set they want them to purchase. I hope it works for you but it doesn't work for me.

For me this is disappointing as Halo the “game” and the TV series is soooooo much more than Capture The Flag Spartan v Spartan…. Without Covenant/Banished it’s underwhelming. Yes, the sculpts look fantastic but this direction makes me regret my pre-order.
