The big problem I have faced as a new member is the fact that there is no warm-up or cool-down in the workout. I have been going twice a week and the 20 minutes starts as soon as you get there and ends 20 minutes later. I don't think that it is good to start an intensive workout like that and then turn around and walkout at the end of it.
