mine still hasn't been dispatched, I was hoping to see if your had the glue spots on it, I'm hoping they fixed the manufacturing error and the later editions that are shipped out aren't damaged

I think this is a great collector's edition but I do have a couple of minor complaints. As another commenter has stated, the glue spots on the front of the outer box are disappointing. Also I hate those spindles in the steelbook as I always feel like the disc is going to snap when I try to remove it. Unfortunately my 4K director cut disc arrived with some quite significant scratching on it and whilst it does play, there are several points in the film where it freezes/skips due to this. Amazon actually refunded me the entire £70 when I spoke to their customer service, which I wasn't expecting. I'll use that to pick up a copy of the standard edition and get a disc that isn't scratched.

​@@4kCollectivE It was very disappointing, but at least there was no damage to the collectables or the packaging (aside from the glue marks but they are minor). I can pick up the standard 4K release, I believe the discs are the same in that one. Honestly I was not expecting a full refund from Amazon, I have found them a bit miserly in the past with other complaints I've had but they offered it straight away without question. I was happy with that.

My directors cut came scratched on the dges aswell and was freezing! Had to order a standard one to replace the disc

Totally agree on the glue situation.. why would they even do this, it is SO amateurish to create a premium product and then do that.. :P

I take it you know not to remove the j card. Probably best to leave it but a real shame. Great unboxing as usual.

Every unboxing ive seen (about 5) has had the glue damage on them to some extent, some pretty bad. Ive decided to leave my J card on unless someone comes up with a way of removing it without the damage.

@@4kCollectivE It's just a real shame that someone at Warner didn't think of this beforehand, could have been done like the Disney steels with the glueless J cards.
