I just bought one of these pistols today. I walked into a gun store that reportedly carries Wilson Combat Pistols in stock, and sure enough they had an Experior sitting in the case. I bought it and took it home. I can't wait to shoot it this weekend.

Yes sir, I remember the first Sig P226 I was issued had the scalloped rails for this reason. I think Sig had issues with the rails cracking due to the thin, aluminum construction. In this video, the rails are still beefy and well spaced scallops. Full Speed Ahead.

rewatching after having an experior 5 inch doublestack and its incredible, you can also choose any finish and even pick and choose to color differet parts different colors, any way you want to design it. i believe they even do engravings and some other stuff too, but there are tons of color and coating options

I can't afford one so this comment really doesn't hold much weight. But for a gun with all modern enhancements it seems to be missing a rail. Maybe there is a reason for this but why any gun manufacturer would make a gun without a rail for a light, laser, or tactical bayonet(for cheesecake) is beyond me. Nice pistol though.
@2008mastif5 жыл бұрын
I bought a Tactical Super-grade Compact from Wilson back in March that wasn't advertised to have a light rail either. But they gladly made the addition and the gun runs flawlessly!
@steveh71082 жыл бұрын
Their guns are essentially base models that can be customized anyway you want them. Light Rail, Optics cut, skeletonized trigger, color options pretty much whatever your budget and your desire is.
@elmerviviennejohnsonhomemo77845 жыл бұрын
Why come up with a new line of handguns when Wilson can't fulfill the orders they already have--from someone who's been waiting since March.
@camborambo55465 жыл бұрын
Elmer & Vivienne Johnson Home Movies Maybe they are moving towards manufacturing and drifting away from doing maintenance. They just want to sell guns not work on them anymore. If, they cared about their customers they would of use that money to hire more employees to help with their backlog instead of starting a new line of guns that they will have a backlog of maintenance.

Greatest compliment a business can have is to never keep up with demand... hire too many and grow too fast only to get slow and lay-off or go bankrupt... smart company in my book
@theprepperrevelator5 жыл бұрын
Elmer & Vivienne Johnson Home Movies unfortunately it doesn’t work like that in the semi/custom world. You can’t find Wilson caliber gunsmiths around every corner, also as they add new lines the older ones become less popular. Lastly it wasn’t that long ago the waitlist was 2-4 years so it has improved greatly. Rick

If lead-time is that big of deal to you and us the only thing stopping you from owning one, but one from Gun Broker. I bought my EDCX9 of Gun Broker at the MSRP, not at a premium. If these are as good out better than the EDCX9, Wilson has got it out of the ballpark again!!!

You can call Wilson and actually speak to a gunsmith or an engineer if you have any questions that their qualified customer service agents can't answer. I spoke with Ken, Service Engineer, about a "lag" in my EDCX9. He spent an afternoon thinking about my situation and called me back with a solution that worked exactly as he described it would!!! You think Glock, Sig, CZ, HK, FN, SW, or Berretta offer anything close to this kind of customer service???
