All that senseless spending, yet Mohammad needs surgery. And, why did Akram have to talk Ali into working on the house? I think he’s becoming very comfortable spending other peoples money and have others take over his responsibilities. Why can’t he take the goats out for his mother in law? It would show he respects her and is thankful for all her husband and she had done for him. Poor Mohammad, his tonsils are so swollen and he is having trouble breathing. You would think Ali would do anything as a father to earn that money.

I get a kick out of the title of this and other episodes. Ali is a sleaze bag who left his pregnant wife alone in the mountains with 2 small children and no money. She worked in the fields and wherever she could get work to feed those babies.. Someone then helped her and her mother came to help. The sleaze bag then shows up with a 2nd wife and tries to force her on Akram. Tell me again how wonderful he is. He also ran off for a few days without telling her where he went.
