It’s even worse for the team now that they are going to have sponsorship issues. HyVee was on the fence whether they were coming back, but I bet that is a definite no now. I’ve heard they were thinking about going to McLaren, but now I’m hearing Hyvee might end up at Penske.

Wonder why the government needed to get involved when it came to some breaking of IndyCar rules...at least that's what I understand so far.

Stealing intellectual property is a federal crime. It falls under industrial espionage. I’m sure Andretti Global contacted local authorities, and they had to escalate it because it doesn’t fall under their jurisdiction.
