These guys have been going longer than 'The Beatles' ever did. Also these guys make a comfortable living out of pretending to be 'The Beatles'. By the time 'The Beatles' signed off from their commitment to being 'Beatles', they were well and truly done with it, no more, and they all wanted out, which has allowed each of them to become solo artist's and live their live's. They grew up, their time together was (a one of show), that put each of them on the map. Their hard work paid off, they had set themselves up for life, not many do that, and they were all broke by the time their contract came to an end. The 'Fab Four' signed a contract to run a business together, playing music, a few of these guys, Ron & Ardy, decided on something that only few dream about. Each being good musicians, and multi talented guys, able to play well, sing well, decided on wanting to play music of 'The Beatles', who by the way, used to be referred to as 'The Fab Four' quite a lot, it was a form of a loose slang term for them. Even George in some past interviews, refers to 'The Beatles' as ( Fab ) or "when we were (Fab)", so this was a term used mainly by the media. But for Ron and Ardy, the 'Fab Four' became their company, along with a dream, an idea to be as good at it as they can be. Ardy is a right handed guitarist, firstly, and established keyboard player. Ron is the same, both very accomplished musicians, with attention to detail, in all that they do. They formed the band with the intention of getting other accomplished musician's on board, and so began a journey that has lasted many successful years of pretending to be the most famous band ever, to grace our planet. Unfortunately, there are dozens of 'Beatle' tribute bands out here, that keep the music and look that the original 'Beatles' had. They all do it well, presenting quite professional shows, through out the world. Some of these bands, or most of them, have great musicians playing and performing the music of 'The Beatles', there for contributing to keeping the 'Beatle's' memory a live!. In each of these 'Beatle' tribute bands, there are guys who accually pull off the voices to a high degree, same with the look, of one of the 'Beatles' at least, doing it better than that of another in one of the other 'Beatle' tribute shows. All in all, some songs are better than other's. Each of these bands do pretty much the same show, from beginning to end, taking the viewer, or audience through the various period's of the 'Beatles' history. During the 'Beatles' career, they started this journey as a bunch of guys wanting to play music, and meet girls, was number one priority, playing gigs was probably secondary, but each went hand in hand, together. They were star struck over top musicians they admired, who influenced them to try to become like their idols. So their early years like all muso's, is filled with (I can do that) type of mentality, and because at that young age (15/16/17) Is the time we all strive to do, and be better in our selves, the inner desire and drive to prove ourselves, to ourselves, and hope Mum and Dad approve of what we're doing. Usually it doesn't sit well with our parents, and there is a continued disturbance to the home front dealing with youth's idea of what life is about. Youth have one idea of it, Mum and Dad think we're all gone mad. It's youths way of trying to break free from discipline, confinement, trying to show them, we're grown up, and know what we're doing! (Ofcourse, we don't,) we think we do, and deep down believe we can be adultish about all things, yes/no, we have ago, and break away, no matter what the consequences maybe. No one really knows, each generation believing they have it right. If we don't have a go, how can we ever know, about anything, there is no hand book or Manuel to help us get a good start on it! In the end, we all find our way, or should I say (we find a way) to go forward, some luckier than others. (What a load of old bullocks that all is, that I've written) 'The Fab Four' have been playing music for most of their life, at a very high level, and playing to live audiences for longer than the 'Beatles' ever did. 'The Beatles' stopped touring in 1965, was their last ever 'Beatle' concert tour, they all had grown tired of being 4 monkeys on a rope, holding onto dear life, to realise that they were a (Circus Act). No one cared about the music !! ( yes, they did) but no one was listening, as long as fans could see (4 mop tops) standing, holding guitars, and a drummer, who, he himself, had to get off his drums to move his drum kit around after each song, (there were no sound technicians, or lighting operator's, people to come on stage and make sure their ampifiers were switch on, and all working, guitars are all tuned up ready to go, all microphones were switch on and working (testing 123) as it were they didn't have the luxury of the personnel, like there is today. 'The Beatles' themselves had to do it all themselves when they first walk on stage, nothing was ready to go, like today. Sometimes the equipment wasn't plugged in, so they had to scramble about themselves, until they got everything working, then tune their guitars, there weren't any guitar tuners back in their day, if they had a keyboard instrument on stage with them, they might tune to that, but mostly they relied on their guitars being close to being in tune with each other, from the last time they used them. (A tweek here & there, to check tuning) Technology wasn't like it is today, PA's (Public Address Systems) weren't like they are today, the speakers being used were like most of us older generation had in our school yards, round loud speakers like a large Megaphone style, was all there was. and still is in use in sports stadiums, school yards, outdoor events, more like a funnel style speaker, which weren't made for bands and singer's to sing through. Today we use huge banks of speakers, grouped together, not only facing out at the audience, but also on stage, from each side, facing across the stage, as well as monitor speakers facing upwards at the front of the stage, pointing up on an angle, for each person singing to hear. plus in huge stadiums and entertainment venues, there are also speakers down each side of the venue, so that everyone can hear the concert. 'The 'Beatles' never had any of this, it didn't exist. 'The Fab Four', and all the other tribute bands around the globe, experience all the new technology that exists today, so everyone can hear the songs being played, including the band themselves. All international acts around the world have this luxury, there for delivering the best quality in sound that can be afforded. 'The Beatles' stopped touring in 1965 because they couldn't hear themselves playing, nor could their audiences, and because everyone was screaming so loud, no one heard anything. 'The Beatles' confirmed their decision to stop touring all together, but to continue writing songs, and record them, and release studio recordings every year, which they did, until they had enough. Their commitment to us Fan's continued, and still continues to this very day. OK, Paul McCartney, and Ringo Starr got to experience the modern technology with live touring they both enjoy today, giving their fans a taste of 'The Beatles', by remaining faithful to what made 'The Beatles' great. George and John never got to experience today's touring world, but their music lives on with us, the Fan's. Good on the tribute shows!!! keep up the great work.

@@jeffreymorris4827 No empty words here mate. I lived through The Beatles years, and still here to tell the truth's, I followed their career till they ended it officially in 1969! I have every vinyl record, which I still have today, all in mint condition, but I play the CDs if I listen to their music. All on CD these days. How did I use empty words or spoil your world? Everyone who was a Beatles fan has their own memories of those times. How I remember them is different to how you do, but all these words I put in my comment, are not empty words. Perhaps you couldn't be bothered reading any of it, and it goes on a bit, but that is me, my enthusiasm never waver's, I remember them as if it was yesterday, or 5 min's ago. No one can take any of that from me. I have all the Beatles early recording's, 'The Star Club' in Germany, early 'Carvern Club' days recordings. Obviously 'Bootleg' recording's from those times. Whether I mentioned in my earlier comment, The Beatles came to the city where I live, back in June 1964, our city was left out of the tour, but a radio announcer here, got a petition together, and got a lot of signatures signed, which got the promoters to add our city into the tour. 'The Beatles' came to Adelaide in Australia, did 2 concerts, and went on with their Australian Tour from Melbourne, where Ringo joined them for the rest of their tour here. When we saw the Beatles in June 1964, they had drummer Jimmy Nichol playing drums, as Ringo was in Hospital for a short time having his tonsils removed. We missed out seeing them with Ringo, but the rest of Australia got to see 'The Beatles' with Ringo. Adelaide was listed in the 'Guinness Book Of Records' as having the largest crowd come to see them anywhere in the world during their whole career as Beatles. This is also the biggest crowd anywhere in the world that has gone to see any artist/band whom ever, we had the record number of people here in little ole Adelaide, anywhere in the world. And I was one of them, & I'll always remember it. . . And Jimmy Nichol will remember this for the rest of his days, tell his great grandchildren, how he played with the most famous band of all time, to their biggest crowd anywhere in the world. Jimmy should be proud of that moment in his life. These aren't empty words! I am a huge Beatle Fan, always have been, always will be. There will never be another like them ! I was in that generation of 13 year olds which The Beatles captivated, because my older brother, who is 5 years older, was into surfing, he and his mates loved surf style music, Atlantic's, Ventures, Shadows, Dakotas, and Buddy Holly and Clif Richards, Chuck Berry, Eddie Cochran, Jerry Lee Lewis, Go Go girls and all that type of thing, but they made fun of Beatles and Beatle fashion's, mod hair styles, where they seem to still wear the Rocker push back hair styles, with greasy oil and Brylcream, with the duck tail finish at the back. They hated Beatles, and made sure our young generation knew how they felt. Always picking on us, and wanting to fight about it. It was a terrible time for our lot even trying to wear the hair long, with our parents and older brother's and sister's picking on us. We used to get bashed up over it, but we soldiered on with our wanting to be different. They were tough times, but good cherished times, and wanting to have acceptance. You must remember those times? unless you are of a younger generation?! I grew up with artists such as Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Peri Como, Bobby Darren, Sammy Davis jnr, Nat King Cole, Louis Armstrong, Glen Miller and his Orchestra, Mel Thorme and his Orchestra, Ray Charles, Ella Fitzgerald, Aretha Franklin, Tony Bennett, Chuck Berry, Eddie Cochran, Elvis Presley, Jerry Lee Lewis, Bing Crosby, Jim Reeves, Patsy Cline, Connie Francis, Brenda Lee, The Collin's Kids, Tex Ritter, Jim Nabors, to name but a few, and this was when I was a kid growing up in the 50s, so all these artist's influenced me, I loved all the music that was played in our house and on radio, there were no TV's in those early 50s, and when they did come out, about 1956, we couldn't afford one, and those that did, only saw a test pattern, so nothing exciting about one of those. We grew up with music in our house, my grandparent's, aunt's and uncle's, on both side of my family, both my parents, are each multi instrumentalist's, each play piano, piano accordion, ukulele, banjo, guitar, mouth organ, harp, sing and dance, a lot of cousins and friends and close mates of mine, we are all musician's, and play in bands and have done so since our early teens, I do it professionally, to this day, I go out weekly and play live in nightclubs, dance venues, hotels and clubs, I still get a lot of enjoyment from this, and love it. While I am able, I'll continue to do this. My wife loves to dance, and helps with setting up, and pulling down the gear, lighting, and PA system. So we are very active in the music industry. I've been quite successful with music through out my career. All that early music I mentioned during my early years as a kid, influenced me to become a muso, 'The Beatles' included, as the inspiration to becoming a professional. I have no regrets, and would do things exactly the same, if I had my life over, and knew what I do now. . . Nothing would be any different. My father had hoped that I might become a lawyer, or doctor, or something, and would always put me down for going for the music, and I'd always fight against his wishes for me, I'd remind him, that it is my life, at least respect that, and that I wasn't him! The funny thing is, he never was a lawyer or a doctor, just an ordinary hard working middle class man, and I have always been very proud of him and his achievement's. He was a very good musician, but only at home in the lounge room, mainly when friends and family came to visit. Nothing wrong with that ! George Harrison wrote a book with his close friend and Beatles roadie, it is called 'I Me Mine', and it tells about George Harrison's memories of being a Beatle. He says he was forever frightened for his life during those early days once they became famous, he hated it, and by 1965, he was ready to give the Beatles away! It was George Harrison who finally said enough was enough, and by this time in 1965, the four liverpudlian lads, called it a day, and stopped all touring. They had come to the realisation, that they were a circus act, not 4 musician's, not even people anylonger, just all going though the motions of being a popular product, that other people were making a lot of money from. They weren't seeing any of the money, probably being given to them as they required it, but not ever knowing their worth ! You should get this book and read it, it is an interesting read, and the heart of a man whoes anxiety had gotten the better of him. As it turned out, George Harrison was the wisest of the 4, he was out spoken, profound, smart, saw life for what it really was, cared about everyone, was very very sensitive to everything, a deep thinker, and knew what life was about! It's all in his book! Cheers mate, sorry if I seemed to have offended you, no harm mean't. I'm very passionate about life.

@@tonyvalle2310 Answer to that question about the Beatles being more famous than Jesus. Maybe! Their popularity certainly is, No one can answer the question about Jesus, even the Bible itself doesn't answer that question. Jesus is a story written by a man known to us as John, who is responsible for writing the New Testement. He was supposedly one of the remaining apostles that were eventually found and caught, for claiming to be one of the follower's of Jesus. Claimed to have heard Jesus speak and teach, at the time of Jesus's existence, while here on earth. Now again, it is written in the book that is claimed by scolars of the Christian Church, as we know it, by the church, as the last books in what we know to be The Bible. The Bible was just called the Old Testement, right up until the early Christian Church decided to breakaway from the teachings of The Church of Rome. Today we know it as 'The Roman Catholic Church'. Since the early times, only the 'Old Testament' was the book used by high priest's, clergymen and pastors, ministers that preached about a God. Back in Egyptian times, they worshipped the Sun, and made all kinds of graivin images and carved and painted pictures of a Sun God, which most people prayed to and paid some respect to, giving and making sacrifices to as their way of putting God on High, (In a High place) Now this is where the early Christian Church changed things. They decided to make this man Jesus be God as a man, walking amongst us here on earth, and gave him the title of God, the father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. So was born the Holy Trinity, and this belief seems to have stayed, and taught to all the generations that have come and existed since this man Jesus walked amongst us. The only proof of Jesus and his teachings, come from the books that John wrote while he was locked away in a jail confinement, is now used by the churches and offspring churches the world over, as 'The New Testament' according to John. . Why was John put away for the rest of his life? One can never get a proper answer to that question !!! Back in the time of the 'Old Testament', this is what was referred to as the Holy Book. They didn't say it was the word of God, as they say today. If the story of Jesus is true, yes it could be, but that is up to the individual (us) to make our own minds up about those things, not for me to decide. Think on this, Jesus comes to John The Baptist who was performing Baptism's for people who believed that by being baptised by a man of faith, was a step in the right direction of being forgiven their sin's, and have a place in heaven. John was doing this in a section of the River Jordan, and according to scripture, Jesus came to John to be Baptised. Now my brain tells me that how did John know that Jesus was different to all the other people he was Baptising in the river that day! John supposedly says to this man Jesus, that he wasn't worthy to be baptising him, and it should be him 'Jesus' baptising him 'John' !!!? This is very odd! So this is where some detail in the writing, that leaves out how John the Baptist knew that this was Jesus, come to save his soul !!! Following Jesus being Baptised by (John TB) Jesus begins his mission to test the God and the Evil spirits. As the Bible says, Jesus went out in the wilderness. WHY? did he do this ? During his time in the wilderness, the New Testament suggests that Jesus was tempted by the Devil (now I don't believe in a Devil, this is all myth, not real and invented by man to scare and control multitudes of people) In Tasmania there is a creature called a Tasmanian Devil, ( a dog/cat squirrel type animal that can make a person or another animal quite sick, or die, from touching or getting a nasty bite, or scratch from it) But I do not buy into the suggestion that there is a Devil, and the Bible teaches it is called Satan. . This is just not real, it is a myth, a elaborate story for whatever the Churches reason for it's use, is beyond me, there is no such thing. Human's know what right from wrong is, it is a personal choice what one decides. No one is going to come after you and throw you to the Lion's, we all have a conscience, it dictates and allows us that freedom of choice. That is how I go about my life, and do the right thing according to my conscience. So this part of the New Testement makes no real sense. Back to the question of, are The Beatles more popular than Jesus, which really has got nothing at all to do with real life itself. Yes, 'The Beatles' are more popular than Jesus, and that is a fact of life, it doesn't matter that they are, it doesn't detract from anyone's religious belief's and it shouldn't. . It's a bit like chocolate, or cigarette smoking, or drinking alcahol, more people indulge in all these things, more that they do reading the Bible, a lot do it while reading the Bible, so what difference does it make? None at all. We can read the Bible while listening to a Beatle record. My Mum use to read her novels everyday and night, whenever she felt like it, she'd smoke her cigarettes at the same time while reading her book's, she liked to have a brandy while relaxing after dinner, with her cigarettes and while reading her book. She use to have the television on at the same time she was reading her book, having her glass of Brandy, while smoking a cigarette. My father use to come and turn the TV off while Mum was doing this, and because she had a lamp on, instead of the overhead light, she had enough light to see her book, and see over the top of her glasses, to watch the TV show. . My father would come in to the lounge room, turn the lamp off, then turn off the TV and walk out the room. My Mum would say to him "I'm watching that, and I'm reading my book" and Dad would say to her, "I thought you were asleep dear" while continuing to walk out the lounge. Sometimes my brother and I would be sitting there watching the TV as well. My father was quite insensitive to our needs, and when he decided he was going to bed, usually around 8:30/9:pm.at night, he expected the rest of us to follow his lead. Quite selfish in that area. Once Mum said this to him, he had to turn both the lamp and TV back on. I never knew what their game was, but this went on every night, the same ole same ole !!!! The point I'm making is, we all can do several things at the same time. At the time of The Beatles, yes it was a passing remark John Lennon said, quite innocently, with no malice or intentional sarcasm, but it caused an unnecessary reaction to the older generation who were looking for a way to put The Beatles down, and it was such a petty stupid behaviour by the adults back at that time. Quite childish, Lennon mean't no harm, when asked about their popularity, and what they thought about it? It was very innocent what John said. The oldies at the time didn't like the 'Beatlemania' that they couldn't understand. . . All generation's get caught up in something that grabs their generation sometime in their life. Fortunately for us all, Jesus never was as popular as The Beatles. Jesus never accually died on the cross, he was taken down after the crucifixion had taken place, put in a buried chamber, then seeing he was still breathing and showing signs of life, he was taken to a more comfortable place, and nursed back to health. It is believed that Jesus lived out his life, and appeared to many through out his life, till he eventually died. At this time, Jesus's followers like Peter, James, Andrew, Thomas, Mary Magnalene, Jesus's mother Mary, and there would have been a few others, did meet with Jesus on more than one occassion, through out his life, but because they were telling the story in a different way to how the High priest's were teaching the Old Testament, they had to remain in hiding, and stay out of the way of the soldiers and high priest's, so therefore they were out lawed fot not obeying the rules and laws of the day. . We all know that 3 of Jesus's followers denied knowing him shortly after Jesus was arrested. This alone tells us that these people associated with Jesus, were hiding out. Not to be recognised or found, or they too might be sentenced to death. John who spent out his life on the Iles of Patmos, where he was imprisoned, died there, because he was a traitor, a criminal, known for his lies, other wise he would have been a free man. So the Church today use John's writing's (rambling's) as being the only witness to Jesus existence, and being God in the flesh, as the son of God, and the Holy spirit, because he supposedly rose from the dead ! Did he die that day ? Did he rise from the dead? The Church wants us to believe in this story ! A lot of unanswered question's. It was the Church of Rome back at the time, and it was the high priest's from the Church, that came an arrested Jesus, because he was, (according to them,) being blasphemous against the then known Church's ways and ideals of the day. The Then Chuch nailed him to a cross to show other's that this will happen to those who choose to go against the rules of the Church. Christianity was only born from the new Testament, and only that. These days the Church teach us to respect what they are saying, as being truth.
