Thanks for sharing the goals. I was over at the game with my brother. I live in Madrid and flew over for 2 days just to see the game. We are Derry fans and I try to get to all the finals and as many Derry games as possible..

The atmosphere at LOI games are better than England more tribal and partisan, England had all the fun sucked out of it because of the hooliganism in the 80’s

This is true to a certain extent. TV rights and exposure also contributed towards this

@@LeagueofIrishBall absolutely. The tv deals in the 70’s was a nail in the coffin but I don’t see it as a bad thing cos LOI is much more real and fun to watch it’s not infested with prima-donna’s like the premier league

@@stevenolove Completely agree. Growth can be a real good thing for the LOI though but it will have to be managed well to ensure we don't lose the magic.
