Kyle petty or one of the Pettys said they were thinking about buying the outlaws and they couldn’t so they started there own series forgot the name of it and had help from grays harbor raceway’s employee but he was lining up cars for a modified race and got struck and killed and that led to there downfall

I'd love the story of the 2006 split as well. I just found your channel, so maybe it exists already. As a NASCAR fan growing up I was always aware of Outlaw Sprints, but really know almost nothing about them and its cool to find historical sprint car vids here. I'm sure many others are in the same boat and would love these videos if they came across them.

Thank you for finally making the most concise explanation about the events of the USA tour. I know sprint car fans that have been watching the sport since the 90s that knew nothing about the USA tour when I asked and there’s almost no explanation about it online. I live through NST and even some of those events are still a bit foggy. Love your videos.

What people don’t realize with High Limit, is that they purchased the All Star Circuit of Champions. So this really isn’t a split as much as this is a few drivers moving around from series to series.

Before Speed Sport posted that article back in March there really wasn’t any information on it, other than a Facebook post and DIRTRACKR. I knew about the splits but never knew the full story of the USA Series until that article. I was surprised to see that The NST has a Wikipedia page about it.

I'm pretty sure outlaws had the first international series. They did a few races at Parramatta Raceway in NSW Australia about 20 or so years ago. Can't remember if they were official points races though.

WoO ran a total of 91 races in 1989 and even almost got to a 100 race schedule in 1991, so a 50 race schedule was considerably short

They still do over 80 races I believe, high limit is around 60

also hgh limit would work in europe and australia due to the tracks they race at in the US are similar to aussie or british tracks
