THE FAIRWAY FINDER! Ping G425 Drivers Review

G425max is my favorite. I switched from a callaway epic flash subzero which is a low spin model. I found the fairway almost 100% shot. I didn't feel the need to full swing yet the ball fly super high and straight. I got a 9 degree with 55g stiff shaft. Super happy with it. So far it is the best yet. I've tried callaway tylermade and ping. Haven't tried tieleist yet.

Now that the G 430's are out I decided to pick up a G 425 max at a greatly reduced price. Its a very sweet driver. Nice review here. Well done!!!!

@@dandunne-d5b you’re right that I game the 410. However you’re wrong that I’ve suggested it over the 425 for that reason. I’ve tested the 425 and I’m telling you there’s no difference. It’s all marketing. Edit: actually get what you want I couldn’t care less 🤷🏼‍♂️

Ping is usually solid with their G line. Have G400 irons and their string straight

I just hate the noise same as the g410 previous which is why I wouldn't game them. I don't like the new callaway epic colour or look so I'm glad I bagged the titleist tsi3 last year which I would put up against any of these current drivers. I'm not a Titleist fan by the way I've always been callaway but the tsi3 is in my view the most complete package that has ever been released.

Great performing driver no doubt but don't like the sound at all, same as with the previous models. Too loud, tinny and harsh. I prefer to hear more of a crack personally.

The noise of the G425 is awful, not gonna lie... Its also slightly shorter than its competitors. However... I hit the fairway almost everytime... As a high handicapper, fairways is the only thing that matters, so it goes in the bag.

This is the same review as every ping driver that comes out. Stable, fairway finder and good distance yet how many of you guys actually have them in your bag? The noise by the way is horrendous

Who cares what is sounds like. Would you rather miss 3 more fairways a round with a sweet sounding driver? Sad truth is some dumb egos would say yes.
