I have always said that Otoo doesn't know what he is doing. He is very inexperienced and needs to start his career as a coach from a lower level. He has a lot to learn but sincerely he is making mistakes that some of the spectators as coaches won't do. Maybe there is something wrong somewhere but if it's solely his tactical set up, then Otto is.... very bad .
