Even more pathetic than the booze stuff was that Flair apparently divorced his wife who nursed him through his near death experience so that he can “have fun”. That is if what Madden says is true. And sadly, I find it very easy to believe that it is. Ric Flair is the real life embodiment of the saying don’t meet your heroes.

Cornette is actually intelligent and is an entertaining personality in all contexts. Ric Flair is a repurposed gimmick from the 50s that was popular in the 80s/90s that's living in 2022. Wish he'd go away, it sucks that he's seen as a positive legacy in wrestling.

it is truly sad that Flair has just ruined his life. so many chances, and he never takes any responsibility for anything. it's always someone else' fault.....he blamed WWE because they didn't reach out to him when he last lady dumped him because of his behavior in DSotR.....mad at Arn & Barry because they didn't reach out after Reid passed.....he has destroyed every relationship he ever had. Dusty said he was a flim-flam man, he only loves you when he needs something. Blast Vince after he gave him nearly a million dollars to help him pay back taxes because he's an idiot who spent all his money. Flair now is a real POS.

Conrad's podcasts are just vehicles to push his sub-prime predatory loans on people, they have no soul. All the hosts burn out after like 20-30 episodes and it's obvious that they're just doing it because they're washed and need money. I don't think Bruce Pritchard or Eric Bischoff REALLY want to talk about Papa Shango's 1993 for 2 hours or whatever, but there they are.

Flairs idea of friendship is the other person kissing his ass, giving him money, doing everything he wants, cleaning up and making excuses for him after he fucks up and in return he does nothing for them. Nobody ever ask him for help never mind money in fact if their a real friend in flairs head they shouldn't even ask for their money back that they lent him. Oh yeah and they have to tell him he was "the greatest wrestler ever" every 10 mins to feed his fragile ego. If u were old enough to remember the 70s and warly 80s maybe but from the 80s onwards ric flair is FAR from great

You can almost get it if he blew through his money and mismanaged it for some of his beginning years when he first started making some larger money and didn’t know how to manage it well at first but then realized you can’t do that forever and get with an advisor of some kind to reign things back in.
