In Family Man 1, there were 2 people in the Vada pao shop speaking about the mentioned organisations that they can do nothing for the country, as they have no intelligence. "Jhandu log", that's how they mentioned the intelligence officials. Your comment reminds me of that scene, of that 2 people. Sitting at your home, relaxing in your life are something that the RAW, IB officers can dream but can't achieve that too just to save people like you from mishaps.
