no worries if your mate goes marking/hunting. they will send the pups into the den and predator attacks are impossible when the player wolf is not at the den. (So if you woof and let your mate babysit the pups they will be safe) if any attacks do happen while your far away from the den or your mate is babysitting then do bug report it (F11).
