Edit: they posted on their FB page that they were closing October 21, 2024 - the parents were retiring, and utility bills, etc made it too expensive for their daughter to take over and keep it open That’s awesome! I was hoping to find this update (but was very worried that they might have closed like so many other promising ones in this series) - thank you so much!

Always treat each customer like they're the first and most important person you've met that day. It takes a smile and a few nice words (both of which are cost free). My small business ran so busy and for years very successfully.

That sign is horrific. I'm glad Alex spoke to that girl about professionalism. Someone needed to do it. Her emotions are all over the place. Maybe she needs medication? I hope they're all doing well.

How can anyone in this business , NOT have their head in the game to this degree ?? . IF they brought up their rooms to an "acceptable " level . The rooms are dreadful . like a College dormitory . They need SO MUCH attention . OR perhaps go HOSTLE and put in bunk beds in every room ... max them out

They never changed. So many of the reviewers on Google maps (latest one from four years ago) write about how the staff was so rude to them. A few of them mention Barbara and her extremely bad attitude. It has been sold but I couldn't find any more information on the status of this place .
