The famous 100-year-old Turkish bread! Bread without kneading in 5 minutes! Very tasty pastries. Iftar. YOU WON'T BELIEVE HOW IT DID QUICKLY AND TASTY! EVERYTHING CAN BE COOKED. Simple and delicious 🔥

Cooking recipe and ingredients:
200 hot water.
7 g of dry yeast.
Mix well.
120 g of flour.
Mix well.
Cover and set aside for 20 minutes.
20 minutes later.
Mix well.
200 ml of warm water.
Mix well.
360 g of flour.
1 teaspoon of salt (7 g).
Mix well.
Stir until there are no lumps of flour.
Cover and set aside for another 20 minutes.
20 minutes later.
Sprinkle the table with flour and lower the dough.
We work with flour.
Repeat after me and you will be successful.
Fold the dough along the edge towards the center.
Divide the dough into 2 equal parts.
Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Let's wait another 20 minutes for the last time.
1.5 tablespoons of flour (40 g).
20 ml of cold water.
Mix well.
50 ml of boiled water.
Egg yolk.
Mix well.
Let's grease the bread with the ready-made mixture.
Give it a shape with your fingertips.
This bread is known in Turkey.
It will be very tasty.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 35 minutes.
Place a bowl of water on the bottom of the oven to keep our bread as soft as cotton.

I’m trying this tomorrow. This was magic to watch. I could see the dough come alive and my fingers were itching to touch and hold and mold the dough. I could smell that quintessential aroma through the phone! I’m 75 and can’t remember a time when I wasn’t making bread or digging in the dirt with my beloved Mother. Hello, I am Turkish. We Turks add "pide" to this bread we say. Our bakeries offer this bread for sale in Ramadan. Turkish people love it and there are long queues at the bakeries for pita bread during Ramadan. I am so glad you shared the recipe ❤️

Mix well till there's no lumps left needs to be soft not hard soft like your ear tip Cover let it sit for 2 hours Mix again then let it sit for 1 hour Cut to size you want make into balls and cover let it rise for nother 15 minutes Make shape with your fingers tips Top mix Egg yolk Pinch of sugar to get rid of egg smell Milk Mix altogether And sprinkle sesimi seed on top if you like and also don't use fan when cooking the bread dough Because it cooks the top and leaves inside raw so no fan our oven don't have fan in them just an ordinary oven That's how we make Turkish bread at restaurants.

@Haim Nahum spoken like a true foreigner, that's the furthest from the truth. USA is a melting pot of cultures. If given a choice between a foreign recipe or an American recipe, 9 out of 10 would choose the foreign because they thought it to be superior. Very few are happy saying they are of American ancestors most will brag of Italian, Irish, or wherever even if their family has been here 200 years.

Такой хлеб у нас называется лепёшкой.Выглядит очень аппетитно. своеобразное нанесение узора. Он наносится так легко и просто, без всякого приспособления. обязательно испеку и обрадую свою семью. У меня есть опыт выпечки хлеба без замеса. Мне нравится этот вариант. Когда ваша лепешка была готова, очень захотелось оказаться рядом с вами и попробовать ее вместе с маслом или с каймаком и обязательно с горячим чаем на молоке. Спасибо за рецепт. Add, 200ml warm water, Mix well. 360g APF flour. 1t. salt (7 g), Mix well. Stir til no lumps of flour. Cover & proof another 20 minutes. 20 minutes later. Sprinkle with flour & punch down dough. Knead dough with flour as needed. Fold the dough along the edge towards the center Divide into 2 equal parts Place dough on baking sheet lined with parchment. Proof another 20 minutes. 1.5T APF flour (40 g). 20ml cold water, Mix well. Add, 50ml boiled water. 1 egg yolk Mix well. Let's grease the bread with the ready-made mixture. Give it a shape with your fingertips. This bread is known in Turkey. It will be very tasty. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Preheat oven to 180C (350 f) Bake 35 minutes.
