If your showing this video soooo slow, " so that everything is clear to the viewers, then if they don't know how to cut vegetables, perhaps they don't belong in the kitchen" 😊 If I may suggest, perhaps go to the garden, see how Onions/ celery/ carrots/ grow, then we can see the ENTIRE PICTURE. I'm certain your dish is very tasty, as I have made that often, perhaps just speed it up a little. Time is precious. 😊💕 Have a nice Sunday

I have already took a nap, went for a walk, fed the squirels, and you are STILL CHOPPING the vegetables. Its sad to wadte someones time. Yet, im sure some people enjoy this, that have LOTS of time!!!!

@@EssenEntdecken I'm 69 and have just started cooking the main meals and have never really cooked,so I like how yow prepare the vegetables and how you cut and prepare them. I think it's great that you show how it's done to prepare the dishes. I would never of thought to cut the celery like that so all the stringy bits pull out like that and cutting the film in the meat. That's why I like your cooking recipes and I'm sure there are countless others who like the way you do it. Please don't let the " big heads" make you do otherwise.
