Liebe Antje , recht haben Sie , aber in Anbetracht der so vielen Krankheiten dazu das regelmäßige konsumieren wie gesagt wird , sollte man auch schon anders beginnen zu backen . Ich benötige überhaupt keine Stärke , auch bei diesem Gebäck benötigt man diese nicht . Dazu der viele Zucker . Wer nicht besonders alt werden möchte , kann so essen .

Ka maizena,wue es de maiz,recyerdo du uso oara ato l es y postres,desde el tiempo de mis bisabuelos,cuando no existian los alimentos modificados,los vegetales y frutos que ahora comemos,sera por eso wue se diguen los mismos ingredientes en las recetas.
