How to make the Taps, a typical bizcochito from Cadaqués, one of the most beautiful and representative towns of the Costa Brava. The Taps stand out for their shape of cava stopper and for being very spongy and moist. In the video I take you to La Mallorquina Pastry Shop, where they have been making it for more than two centuries and, in passing, I give you a touristic and gastronomic tour through Cadaqués.
We will eat at the restaurants Share, Can Rafa, Es Baluard, Nord Est and Enoteca MF, and we will visit the Church of Santa Maria, the old town, the Cap de Creus and the Portlligat cove, where the house-museum of Salvador Dalí is located .

125 g of sugar
4 g of chemical yeast (baking powder)
A trickle of water
Sugar glas (to sprinkle)

50 ml of water
50 g of sugar
A splash of rum (optional)
