2 seasons ago, we scared the crap out of every team in the league. We had good defenders that could move the ball forward with their passing to our quick fowards that are at their best running at the defenders using their speed. Then the Saliba injury happened, and the quality of our defense became crap as the backups were terrible, and we lost the title. I went into that off-season thinking great, just get some decent cover in several positions, and we're good to go. Boy, was I wrong. We started with Gabriel on the bench and Partey at RB, and to top it off, the thing that scared the crap out of the league was gone. There was no speed in our game. It was gone. Instead, we were walking the ball upnthe field while our opponents were running back to setting up their mid and low blocks. We were running into fully set up defenses, and all we could do was pass the ball around the horseshoe of death. Th3 only thing that was saving us were pens and our great set piece play. This was hiding the problems we had scoring. Come the Dubia break, it was obvious we were in trouble, and the title was slipping away because of this slow build high possession style. We came back from that break playing the style of the season before and started scoring goals by the bucket load and nearly won the title. So again, I went into this season with high hopes and chomping at the bit to see the same fast-paced football that works so well for these players. Instead, by half time of game one, I was pounding my head on the table in disbelief that we had gone back to the style that failed so miserably last season for 20 games. I keep waiting for Arteta to come to the same conclusion that he had after 20 games last season but he is showing no signs of him making the tactical change. It's worse this season because our opponents know how to stop us now. This is just going to get worse as games go by. Right now playing this style I have absolutely no confidence in our ability to beat anyone. Liverpool has given us 3 or 4 chances to close the gap, but we failed with this slow buildup style. At this point, what is happening is having a negative impact on the players as well. They have no confidence left and look lost as to what to do but put in crosses and pray someone can get on to them. At 2 points against New Castle yesterday , we went at them with speed and pace, and we came close to scoring, but we stopped and created nothing. Yes, we have had bad luck with the corrupt PGMOL and injuries, but you should never rely on the officials and being able to go injury fee to win games. Our problems all lead back to 1 thing, the manager and the style he is trying to play. It's so obvious that we don't have the right players to play like this.our forwards, including Saka, are all round pegs in square holes. They are all being asked to play with 1 hab tied behind their backs, and it's killing us. Arteta makes things even worse when we fall behind because he has no idea what to do to change the flow if the game. His subs are usually to late and the wrong player, and he never changes the formation or style to give our opponents something to think about. Arteta also seems to think that he can move players out of position with no consequences. Partey at right back doesn't work, Havertz as a midfielder doesn't work, He has to stop doing this , put the players in their best positions and if Havertz or who ever else has to sit then they will just have to sit. He also needs to play a formation that he has the players to to play. Rice at the 8 doesn't work so play a double pivot with Partey and Odegaard as the 10. This also means the LB doesn't have to invert and can run up the pitch and do overlaps. Then there was the piss poor summer window we had where we didn't address any of the weaknesses in the club, and we didn't replace the players we sent out. My score originally for the window was 5 but as the injuries started, that score has dropped to 2. None of this is rocket science and should be easily fixable but Arteta doesn't want to admit he is wrong again. My score for Arteta last season was a 5 for his stubbornness in not changing tactics earlier, this season it's a 3 for doing the exact same thing again and costing the title for the second year in a row. I admit that I never wanted Arteta in the first place but he won me over 2 seasons ago but he ha lost me again with the short comings I feared he would bring. He built a goods squad with some mistakes along the way but it's his piss poor game day management skills and tactics that are killing us. These are things that are to be learnt at the lower levels and once learned can then be brought up to this level. Right now I'm left wondering if Arteta has hit his ceiling. I'm not sure he has anything left to offer as he has shown absolutely no improvement in his game management skills in 2 years. Arsenal is not and should never be used as a training gopround like Arteta is using this club right now. The fact that KSE has allowed this to happen is truly shocking and it's even more shocking that they would allow it to continue.

Im Slovak. I can tell you that Rosicky is no option for our club! I have some insight into czech league and I have not seen anything phenomenal about Tomas in his job. Sparta won one title in his time at the club and overall he was nowhere near elite level. Even lot of czech fans do not want him at the club (Sparta). Artets wants some yes man and friend alongside him… If Arsenal appoints Rosicky, then there is no ambition whatsoever…

I agree with everything you said here except “we haven’t spent nearly enough money”. That’s just flat out wrong. £750M is more than enough to build a championship league winning team that can clean up in the PL as well. I'm not giving arteta any excuses here, but more looking to find the reasons i guess...i now think its time for him to go, just let me say that. There could be a number of reasons why we are really off it this season...Arteta changing to slower controlled football or has their been any internal bust ups with the squad/ board/management...which is why the likes of Vinai and Edu left and why certain players look deflated and out of form, as well as lethargic for well over 45 minutes in every game? Or could it be that we have actually been found out that we have had a thin squad this last 2 n half seasons thats been lacking in numbers, quality and depth compared to the likes of City and our squad has been simply over achieving and now finally (like a marathon runner) we have hit our brick wall....the race has just sapped us? People talk about money spent but Arsenal have spent without really increasing numbers and quality and Arsenal fans will understand what i mean by that. Put it this way...Think of yourself...running three 100m sprints with Usain Bolt, he is an elite year on year winner of titles and records and your a complete novice, in your first sprint he gives you a head start and you take a lead right until the end thinking your gunna win and then he pips you to win. So you go again thinking you can actually beat him...2nd race, less of a head start but he pips you again at the end. All the while though you are loosing your own stamina and energy....by the time your 3rd straight race in a row starts you are both knackered now....and drop off completly in performance, only for a 3rd runner who is much fresher has now entered and is running away with a lead....it might be a daft comparrison but its kinda whats happening to Arsenal and City in the league and the table don't lie, Arsenal is you...City was Usain Bolt and Liverpool is that new 3rd runner this season. Difference being....City won titles and broke records out of it (like Usain bolt did) Arsenal....(the average joe...you...was just glad you pushed them so close in a race when no one thought you could) ...and Liverpool, (the 3rd fresh runner, benefits and mops up in the latest race because the other 2 are exhausted after the previous 2 intense races back to back) sounds daft but is it really? Especially when Arsenals lack in depth and quality compared to City and Liverpool is now starting to show and proves they over achieved....but ultimately still won nothing to show for it. That can be blamed on the board and Arteta though...its their job to build a squad in the summer/January windows to have enough depth and quality to win...Arsenal earn enough to spend properly in these windows....so there really is no excuses....even the most positive and deluded fans cant argue that fact. Bringing the fans back together and challenging the past 2 years should not be seen as success....winning trophies should. Managers who have won more than Arteta have been sacked in Arteta's reign....yet we reward him with a long term 15m a year deal? Why reward failure? The board are happy they have their yes man....are happy to stay a top 4 club on minimal window spends and show no ambition...and ultimately we are back to square one from when wenger left ( which has took 21 years to come full circle) so a tatal waste of 21 years. Its not toxic negativity to say it, sometimes the truth hurts....we all want our club to win....but there is no point in the deluded so called "loyal Arteta in" fans fighting his corner to keep this trophy drought going because for some reason they seem to have become emotionally attached. Sometimes things just come full circle and to move forward and improve you need to part ways. Its high level sport in a results based buisness, win or move on. Arteta is on 15m a year...was previously on 9m a year... for those deludes that want him to stay....if he gets sacked he will be ok trust me...if we get a man who wins us trophies those loyal Arteta fans will forget him in a heartbeat....trust me on that as well.

Arteta doesn't want to sign the striker because then he's job will be on the line as soon as he doesn't deliver. He's survived in he's job last 2 seasons because of fans understand he's missing a striker.

It doesn't matter who we bring in, arteta will ruin them. He is unable to develop attacking players. Our squad is over coached and their movements on the pitch seem micromanaged. Arteta and his staff are more satisfied with player stats and metrics than actually scoring goals and winning cups.

The question to ask ourselves is HOW DO YOU DEFINE SUCCESS?? Is it in terms of stats and goals scored and “progressing”? Or is it defined by trophies, silverware, and winning? Because the former is what mid-table average level clubs answer. The latter is the ONLY answer for top tier, first class franchises with standards that reflect such. Therefore, any fans who can honestly say Arteta has been successful at this club clearly don’t have the same standards that are of the level of a top European club. He has been an utter failure of a manager for Arsenal. No trophies after getting almost a billion pounds and 5+ years. (That FA Cup isn’t his; not his team, not his players, not his system, he got rid of them all first chance he had). The team projects itself to be a world class organization, and for the fans who have seen this club win top tier trophies, we know it’s in there bc we’ve experienced it, which is why it hurts so bad to witness the club go backwards and some fans accept mediocrity. We as fans have a role in this club, we need to demand the standards are raised to where they should be.

I know this is long, but people, please read this!!!!!!!!! If ANYONE needs more proof that Arteta has to go as he is actively killing our club, let me present you with this: Most likely our BEST left back is a man that Arteta has SHUNNED for four years. He’s doing what he did to Auba/Ozil/Lacazette/Guendouzi/Ramsdale, ALL players that we should’ve gotten good money for! Yet Arteta literally single handedly tanked their value and shipped them all off for peanuts bc why? Bc of his own personal megalomania. His own stubbornness. So what if he didn’t want them on the team!! They were still worth good money!! Play them to keep their value until you sell them, as they were still better than the replacements you brought in for them!! It’s fucking madness!! Yet we praise him for this?! Its ludacris! That was just the first sign that he’s not a top club manager! Yet he got second place 🥈 wowwww 😅 second place is a failure at top clubs. Nothing else to say. But back to my original point…Kieran Tierney, the guy many of us said could be future captain material, was literally shunned out of the club and relegated to obscurity…why? Do any of you actually remember why? Because I do. IT HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH HIS PLAY. It was an injury at first. Then he came back fit. Then Arteta came along and HAD to implement HIS system…HIS SYSTEM. Not one that would bring out the best of his players. The one that HE WANTED TO PLAY FOR HIMSELF. Did that system ever get us any trophies in 5 years? Was that system successful? Maybe, the system that brings out the best of the good players you have is successful 🤔 maybe that’s how emerys team with mustafi and Pablo Mari won a trophy when Artetas team worth £750 MILLION hasn’t won anything! It’s not rocket science. A coach is there to bring out the best of the most talented players in the world. Arteta makes players worse. It’s a fact. Every player under his tutelage has gotten worse, sometimes their nature skills carry them through a bit, but it’s so blatantly clear that under just about any other manager Saka would be shining and Saliba wouldn’t have any debates, Odegaard wouldn’t be the soft passive pussy he is, hell ESR would probably still be at the team as our true #10! It’s just crazy how it’s gotten to this point. Like getting second is an achievement worthy of keeping a job. That’s not success. Progress isn’t ALMOST making it. Maybe for mid table clubs. But is that what we want Arsenal to be? Because that’s what it’s become…and it’s what a whole hell of a lot of our fans are accepting of. Oh, and it’s been widely confirmed that many of Tierney’s “injuries” weren’t legitimate at all. They were rides but the club to take him off the team sheet. Which isn’t that far fetched as it’s already happened with many others throughout this regime. Tierney would be an IMMENSE boost to this team, as he could’ve been over the last 3 years. But he’s not one of “Artetas guys” and any manager who coaches like that….isnt coaching for the good of the club. And before the ‘MLS being the best left back right now’….he’s not even a LB. He’s never played this position before a couple months ago. Which is yet another of Mikel Arteta’s absurd tendencies: playing players out of position constantly. All over the pitch he constantly will take players, even when they’re playing well, out of their natural position and moves them somewhere where they’re not nearly as effective. He does this over and over again, just about every match, oftentimes with multiple players/positions, all while there are other options on the bench whom are much better suited to playing the position needed. It’s just downright shocking how much he actually actively hurts the team.

Like Aubameyang, club got rid of him to Barcelona for free because they said we'd get no money for him since then he's been flipped 3 times for 10 mil + transfer fees every time How about Hutchinson gave him to Chelsea for free, 1 and half years later they flip him to Ipswich for nearly 30 mil Arsenal have never been good at selling players even before Arteta came
