This movie takes place in a parallel universe to the main mcu in a 60's retrofuturistic sorta style

About the part where you said it looks like a TV show. The director of the new Fantastic 4 movie did the Wandavision show, and that show intentionally was made to be like a show within a show for a portion of it.

it is set in 1963 then I am going to guess something goes wrong in their timeline forcing them to join the main 616 timeline and when I say something goes wrong either their world is eaten or the doctor doom that is for Avengers dooms day is the doctor doom from The Fantastic Four's original timeline

I hope they don't join the main MCU at the end of the movie. They can at another time, but not yet. Reed says they will all meet up at the Baxter building at 7 on the dot, rain or shine. Basically, I want the F4 to have their own Shawarma scene at the end of the movie. The F4 HQ will be all destroyed but somehow the kitchen will be in a working condition and they'll all just sit around a table silently eating while the building around them is in disarray.
