These boys from Glasgow, Liverpool, Cardiff ,Manchester,Newcastle, Belfast, Leeds , London and from all our cities , towns and villages all all over the UK Seen things and had to do things that no one should have to , standing up to evil and defending our democracy God bless each and everyone of those boys May the REST IN PEACE 🙏🙏🙏🙏🇬🇧🇬🇧 And yes our democracy isn’t perfect But because of these lads , you have the right to peaceful protest ( the alternative if they didn’t fight for our country, would have been horrendous 😔😔) Please please remember them and remember their sacrifices Instead of urinating on or defacing monuments to them 😔😔😔😔😔😔😔

@@timthegallant Wasn't only the working class. It was everyone and anyone who had a talent eg French or German language. They were very quickly trained then dropped into Europe to work with resistance which really sunk their life expectancy. It wasn't a class war, it was a war for survival. Freedom wouldn't have survived without them. Every aspect of British life came forward and answered that call without complaining about where they came from. Looking at the alternative at the time it would have been doomsday if the most aggresive and powerful war machine ever seen who had their own ideas about class got inside Britain.

Agree. Look at the state of this country now to what it once was.neighbors looked out for each other unlike today where your lucky to even get a good morning from them.as a kid enjoying school and not afraid of getting stabbed up.

Reminds me of mornings diluting a comedown in the local pub, with a couple of doves still fluttering around inside my head, slowly piecing together the rave from last night ….and wondering if I’d ever see the amazing new friends I spent it with again…….. and what their names were 🥰 We we the luckiest generation ❤️❤️❤️ great memories (if a little hazy)

Damn I wish I could find some good xtc again I started going to rave parties in Chicago in 1995. I started DJing only a few months after that. Then I started producing my own music as well, In 1996. Chicago rave parties were amazing. I wish I had a time machine to go back in time.

The core harmony is from Pachelbel's Canon in D, no wonder our heartbeats naturally respond to it😍😍😍. Masterpieces are usually dashing and smashingly brilliant

Yup, it's the kind of tune to inspire you to buy the album, and then realise it's the only good tune on it, and then realise that's because it wasn't theirs. Most people who remember this band and the early 90s would struggle to remember any other songs by them.

The best thing about 'All Together Now' is that it was released when many Great War survivors were still with us. Never forgotten.

I remember listening to this song back in my childhood (beginning of the 90's); it was playing constatly on the Brazilian radio then. As a child, I was used to singing along (wrongly, of course) dancing with my friends. Now, mature and knowing the story behind this song, it sounds incredibly powerful! Now I sing along correctly ;)

Remember this song fondly and when it came out it there were still a good few folk still around from the great war walking among us, now the folk from the second world war are fading away quickly. Its good that the Farm stuck to their roots and gave a nod to previous generations. Privileged to be that generation that still has a foot in the past but wants a better future despite this criminal tory government. My great grand uncle received a VC in 1916 prior to the bloodbath Somme offensive, wondered what he would have made of this song, sadly died in 72, well that's smoking for you.

I hope people realise we are going to be All together pretty soon. Hold on brothers and sisters, the ride is bumpy, you gotta set appart people who are not to you side if you wanna survive. Shield your kids even if it means holding your influence on them. Bad is bad.

Lyrics😎 Remember boy that your forefather's died Lost in millions for a country's pride But they never mention the trenches of Belgium When they stopped fighting and they were one A spirit stronger than war was at work that night December 1914 cold, clear and bright Countries' borders were right out of sight When they joined together and decided not to fight All together now All together now All together now, in no man's land Together (Rept) The same old story again All those tears shed in vain Nothing learned and nothing gained Only hope remains All together now All together now All together now In no man's land Together (Rept...) The boys had their say they said no Stop the slaughter let's go home let's go, let's go, let's go let's go home
