Your comparing two vastly different types of ensambles, on two very different types of musical traditions, with two very different views on composition and interpretation. I'm no downplaying Genesis music, mind you, they're my favourite band, and the Farm seems to be a great tribute band. But bands like The Farms and The Musical Box are still tribute bands regardless of their quality, and there's nothing wrong with that.

Every musician here is first rate and has studied their tiny details to the 'Nth' desgre. It's astonishing how much like Phil the vocalist sounds. More like him than he does now - and I say that with love and respect as he's always been my drumming hero.

I agree. Elmar the vocalist here has the best Phil Collins like voice that I have ever heard. A perfect match. The whole group is great too!

Look no further if you want to watch perfect Genesis covers. Apart from the vocalist sounding uncannily like Mr Collins, the rest of the band provide flawless backing, from note-perfect performance to faithful recreation of the actual sound. I doubt that even Genesis would have sounded this close to the original when performing this live. If you've not already seen their other YT stuff, look it up now. Such a shame that these guys did so few shows and are not around now. They would have been world-class. I'm amazed at how underwhelmed the audience sounded at the end. This (and the rest of their covers) deserves a standing ovation.

Oh WOOOWW!!! These guys gave me the goosebumps! I hesitantly pressed the play button as this is one of my favourite Genesis songs. I normally do not listen to covers either. But deciding to give it a try, thinking I would probably quit after a few minutes, I couldn't belive how good they are. The vocals are really close to Phil's, the guitar and the keyboard, and drum sounds also being very very close to the original, this is as good as it can get!! Thanks alot, young lads!!!
