The Fascinating House Sparrow

Contrary to what the other comment here says, sparrows eat insects, but will NEVER kill any other type of bird! In fact, they are commonly the victims of Corvids. The family Corvid includes Crows, Ravens, and Magpies and possibly Blue Jays. And that is EXACTLY WHY they hide inside small areas like eaves, corners, and vents, like dryer vents, and fan vents. Their song is often very beautiful. This week one sparrow sang outside my house all day long for 2 whole days!

These birds are like mice/rats with wings. They will find every tiny hole that you don't want them in. and they will kill native birds for their nest!!!

Stop spreading lies! A sparrow will never kill any other type of bird. And we love them! Including their love of small places that causes them to nest in eaves and corners. Why do YOU hate them so much?
