You might want to check your input lines for the bonemeal again- the pots do not pull items, and you have a hopper facing sideways at the junction where it splits off to each side. If you leave it this way, the left side of the farm will run out of bonemeal. There may be other places where you’ve done this, so you may need to swap out those for a regular hopper under junctions

Hey Doc, i also built this insane farm. A creeper in the planting area almost blew up the core. To prevent mobspawning in the core, replace the button at the entrance (over the boat) with a torch. Great Episode :)

For those who doesn't comprehend the true scale of the dark oak tree farm, I have a small comparison: As the rate of production is ~160 000 blocks/hour (1 block= 1m³) The theoretical annual output would be: 160 000 * 24 * 365 = 1,401,600,000 m³ Compared to the biggest woodproducer of the world: the USA with 292,100,00 m³ of timber per year So it actually produces around 380% more than the US.

3:05 The pricing/inflation this season has actually been absolutely fascinating, its such a tidy little example of how this sort of economics actually works. Mojang makes diamonds more plentiful? Not enough supply for the demand, therefore prices go up. 9 diamonds per stack would have been obscene even for manually harvested logs in season 5 or 6. Now? Slightly steep at best. Although, another economic factor comes into play there: monopolies. In past seasons, someone else could just make a mangrove farm and sell it for way cheaper. But they can't do that now, so the only question is "at what point is the price SO high the hermits will just get it themselves?". Mangrove is such a pain to deal with that most hermits would probably pay even higher prices to avoid doing it themselves. Same way season 8 was kind of a lesson in the reverse. With the different factions all competing so hard, there was all sorts of price cutting and sales and advertising to try and compete for sales. Just one more way minecraft really is kind of like an actual world i guess lol

with mojang giving more and more capes, they should make personalised capes for big names in the minecraft community, like a goat cape for doc, or a tnt half slab cape for etho!

There's a reason Mojang doesn't give out personalized capes anymore, the recipients become a huge target for hacking, doxxing and simswapping. billyK_ got hacked just a few months ago.

@@eyeyamstewwpeed obviously these accounts become huge targets, but big name accounts already were huge targets. in the grand scheme of things, it wouldn't really change a lot, ms is trying really hard to stop account selling, and big minecraft names probably know how to protect their accounts. especially ones with technical knowledge like doc. one(1) youtube cape could also work, even though it would be less cool!
