I would Love to see a comparison between Zippers & Moonshine builds. And I mean everyday Riders builds. I used Zippers stuff waaay back in my youth for my ‘72 XLCH and never had a complaint however, Moonshine in TN is banging on 170/160 on their naturally aspirated engines With A Warranty on top of the H-D Warranty! Both shops use Darkhorse Cranks. Moonshine is flinging Carrillo rods, their own pistons and heads as well as cams so Man it would be Great to see the 2 most Prolific M8 Builders “square off” in a Shootout/Comparo.

Awesome Vidio. Enjoy it I had to put the bikes aside for several years both my wife and I had heath issues for years and we had a family to raise. Our kids have grown up 4 of them and I can finally buy a bike again 😊 But the doctor called me Friday and informed me I have stage 4 liver serous I don’t drink I said not since I was 26 and I’m 56. I’m pissed I don’t know how this happened So I need prayers so I can live my dream thanks for letting me vent

Changes in gearing, less rotating mass in the bottom end, it all spins up a LOT quicker than stock because of all the combined changes....its not 1 thing, its everything in combination that creates so much change all at once. CONGRATS Tall!! You deserve it!!!

I’ve Watched your videos since day one and watching Zulu evolve from a 107 into this incredible bike and all the miles you’ve rode it has been and still is a fun and informative experience for me as well. I have the same year 107 StreetGlide as you and the light videos etc all helped in my choices with the products you shared. All I can say this one is when Zulu first fired up with the build in it now I was smiling too and listening to you on that first ride and all your excitement I knew they got it right for you. It would be an awesome video to see you visit your buddy again at Memphis H-D dealership. The big guy with the SE 131”. The last video you did with him was a great comparison of a well tuned H-D 131” and your Zippers 124”. After your last Memphis video, a lot of people were probably starting to seriously consider the SE 131” crate motor. But now your Zippers 128” setup looks like a winner!

Reminds me of when I used to have a 2012 Honda 1000RR and the stock specs say is was 150 + HP.......It was an absolute beast to ride and way more HP for an amateur like me.....Traded it off for a Ninja 650 and I expect to have a lot longer life span.

I ride an old Evo with a worked 1340 and she's actually pretty quick, but I've been hunting around looking at 1690cc and above wanting to try more speed. But I keep hearing many stories like yours and the problems the higher HP bikes have that I'm not sure if to get one or not. 😕

I have a Thundermax oil cooler fan. I've had it for a while. It works great and best thing about it, you can't see it.

I have only done basic mods on my bike. Your mods are beyond the stage kits you get from Harley! This will be scary to ride. Good tires are a must if you get caught up in rain. My bike used to keep kicking out the rear tire after mods

Everything is bullet proof unless you are still running the HD transmission. Have seen a few Stage 2 107s destroy the weak 3rd gear. The Baker 7 speed is like a major performance mod all in it's own just because of the better and closer ratios in 1st thru 4th with way more strength. With this 7 speed you could go back to running highway speeds without losing the bottom end play gearing.

OMG !! Front wheel wants to lift e rry time you shift. 138 looks great at the initial offering. I also saw Ridingfish comments on this video. Yeah you upgraded, but I still think there are some Indian Challenger people out there who'll give you a run or two... Great job on both bikes & just like one of the other comments, I'm willing to bet that there is a Baker drive train in your future. Let's get to the drag strip w/Ridingfish and get that video done !!! You keep gliding and I'll keep riding & watching .....

The engine won't last, I've seen alot of big bore kits in my time, if you enjoy it. That's all that matters. I'm perfectly content with my 2021 CVO streetglide. Full exhaust and tune, it's all I need. Plenty of power. Probably the same as this build.

Harley-davidson makes a 128 for the 4.375 stroke , S/S offers the 132 and 129 too. Star 3/4 cam .585

Started watching your channel a few months ago, great content. I have a question. I used to ride an olde school Z1, a Gsxr1100 & finally a Zx12r Ninja because I liked the horsepower, speed and handling. A bought a 2007 Fatboy to cruise and just enjoy the ride without all the horsepower & speed. Here is the question, Why are Harley riders so interested in horsepower and speed? I mean Harleys are designed to cruise and relax on so to speak. Why not but a sport bike if you really need 150 Hp.

Tall, you never mentioned it, but I am guessing you have Thunder Max thunder based on the last part of the video. I have one on my bike and I like it. I went to their place in White House Tennessee several years ago and saw the shop as well. They actual in installed my Thunder Max too. I don't do Instagram, but do you have a web site to ask you a few other questions? Also do you know what the final drive is on the chain drive and when riding this bike on trips without ripping it do you still get good gas mileage? I am hoping to meet you this year in Knoxville.
