The worst part of offline raiders isn’t the fact that they are spineless cowards who fear confrontation with potential consequences. It’s actually the fact they will wait days on end to erase your progress while making sure you don’t get to experience the PvP associated with raid defense. Defending is fun, even when you lose. Waking up to being homeless isn’t.

This video doesn't show the speed at all, all the edits invalidate any claim you are trying to make. Pluss it wasn't even that fast, I only have 1k hours and play solo and even I have had like 30 second defences which if you can't do math is faster than this.
