I'm not trying to criticize since I certainly have questions about this video as well. But I'm a little surprised that the backflip is what you're questioning. You should check out the shoalin monks. (Sorry, I might have misspelled that). They're pretty insane... I also have never forgotten something Jackie Chan talked about once in an old interview he did. I don't remember if he said it was when he was 4 or 6 years old, he was trained in Chinese opera and the instructor would demand him to do backflips over a big table like a picnic table, and if he didn't, he would be beaten. So he just did them and that was all there was to it. For the people who devote there whole existence to training their bodies, they really can achieve "super human" abilities. ...
