Namekian Dragon balls have a few good wishes for things like trait points, mastery, senzu and double zeni for 2 hours. Space has 3 decent wishes being able to mastery blue kaioken, reincarnate and lastly Big Bang Kamehameha. But overall I honestly think Earth's wishes are the best.
