I get hung up on the difference between "cavalry" and "dragoon" more than I probably should, so I'm just going to leave it here and hopefully that'll take care of it for me: Both are mounted infantry, but cavalry fight primarily from horseback, while dragoons move around the battlefield on horseback but dismount to fight. Which does mean that, if you look at the actual tactics used, the United States Cavalry was technically a dragoon division since they would generally move around the battlefield by horseback, then dismount to attack (I don't know if anyone has tried this, but trying to operate a muzzle-loading rifle from horseback is hard), at least until breech-loaders and self-contained cartridges were common, at which point they operated more like cavalry again. Technology does weird things to mounted infantry.

So, I don't know if it's still the case but there was at least a period of time where The US average us citizen drank more tea than the British. We just built up a taste for coffee and Sun, Sweet, and Iced Teas over hot teas.

It's all brown leaf water, changing the serving temp doesn't change the ingredients. "A cold steak isn't the same as meat!".....WHAT? Coffee doesn't change because the temperature does, coffee is coffee. Tea is Tea!
