@@anjali6170 fixing is waste of money. I went to Samsung service centre and asked to fix it. They told me to change the display as they can not fix it and new display replacement will cost approx 4500 and warranty only 3 months. So it is totally waste of money with this 3 months warranty.

Yes this was a Samsung issue and happened with me as well and it was under warranty so went to service centre but they said I have dropped my phone and the I have filed a case against Samsung and then they replaced it for free... I did not feel good over all on Samsung

I have used Samsung m31 for 3 years now. No scratches or cracks on screen but today it just got purple spots. If it speards it an still be used right? Biggest fear is it not doing basic functions like calling n receiving calls.

Same here bro. I have been using m21 for 3 years and 1 month. And since August 3rd, I've got a purple spot on my display, and it's spread all over the display!! According to the service center, the cost to replace the display will be Rs 4300 rupees 😥😥😥

Here they ask 4600 i own samsung M31 from 18 Dec 2020 today is 26 May 2024 so almost 4 years now and earlier i faced this issue i changed the display and again the screen got purple service center isn't replacing them out of warranty

I have a Samsung M31 one and I have the same problem. First it appeared as a small dot and then it covered all the screen within few days. Then I replaced the screen with new one and I had to pay some reasonable amount of money for that. It's been around six months since I replaced the screen and now again Im facing the same issue. Such a waste of money. Therefore, if you are facing same problem please change your phone not the screen.
