This showed perfectly why people say Yamato has an unstoppable ego, and why even Soda said that all he does is name drop Tyler whenever he gets in trouble. Special treatment because you are friends with the warchief, Tyler. Tyler will save him from having to face any consequences for his actions, by rallying the guild and telling everyone if they don't defend his friend, they will be kicked out of the guild. Yamato cries and plays the martyr card, "No, I will face my punishment like a man", and then gets bailed out by his friend with a huge following and influence to make sure his buddy doesn't have to face consequences Just so lame.

The punishment was that he had to go in the arena and RISK that he would be killed, that's what he did. The deal was, from the very start, that if people wanted to try save him then they could do so but they would also be risking their character. There was like 10 people in the arena trying to help their friend/guildmate at their own risk, as they agreed, with literally hundreds of characters standing around the edge watching but nobody jumped except a couple that actually had balls to try and take him out and even they alone nearly sniped him because he was not in the party they could not heal him. If the punishment was that he has to die then they could have just kicked him off a tall building, but the punishment allowed him a chance to survive and his friends backed him. Tyler stood up for his guild member & friend what is the problem when it was within rules that they could do that? Clearly some of you guys just wanted him to die and are disappointed that it wasnt made to happen, but it was never a guarantee he would die and they pulled off the save against the odds. I'm speechless guys. This event got me out of my seat like no other. I'm so proud of everyone that helped out Yamato and I'm so glad that Yamato in the end found the will to live for all the people that supported him. They literally risked the hit to their streams (losing their hc character) and their time commitment thus far to give Yamato salvation. Soda and Tyler say that this is a content guild and literally this was the pinnacle event. Raiding Molten Core MIGHT come close or even tie it, but this is the stuff that you literally can't find anywhere else. There's nothing like this. @nyonweeb8 күн бұрын
Did you at any point consider that the reason it looks one sided could be that the Warrior played very well, sticking to his strategy that his coach taught him, using his cooldowns and consumables very well. While the rogue didnt use healthstone, magic dust, most of his combo points, kept blinding into cleansing potion, had no strategy to win other then just stalling for cooldowns and that everytime he got outplayed or had bad rng he just froze up and let the warrior auto attack him to death. The rogue is just as geared and buffed as the warrior, hes allowed to stealth just not sit in stealth for 10mins, and the reason he doesnt have his cds is because he used them.
