Do you think the idle issue is due to the open headers? The O2 sensor looks really close to the open air, and could be giving a bad reading. Other than that, I would replace every single sensor with new, including the air idle control valve.

Doing a th350/sbc350 swap in a chevy luv, power steering conversion using 87 trooper box and 07 volvo pump, drilled and slotted rotors up front, lowered 2 inches, full front end suspension and steering rebuild, fender exit headers, floor hurst shifter, bought at 14 im 18 now, its my one true LUV 😂

definitely multiple cylinder misifre, you should check spark and fuel injectors on all the cylinders, and recheck timing
