I live in the Rio Grande Valley which is made up of 3 towns. It's so difficult to go with friends somewhere because it's all just food places. The fun stuff is essentially the mall and that's because 1 out of the 3 malls within each town is decent. There's pretty much nothing to do but Sleep, Eat, and Work. Im studying to be a nurse and it's just so sad when a majority of patients you get are diabetic. Health care professionals from all over the country come down here to practice dealing with obese patients since it's common here.

Good video. I don’t understand how some big unhealthy people go on TikTok or X and say stuff like it’s okay to be obese or whatever. When I was fat I remember waking up every morning feeling like crap and looking like crap. I just ate my feelings away. Literally being fit isn’t to flex or show off how good you look, it’s about not dying too soon and feeling good 💪🏼

I feel like most of the obese people here tend to be the adults. I'm not obese nor overweight, but both my parents are, and my oldest brother is. None of my cousins used to be obese, except for a few....but now that they're much older, a lot of them are now obese or overweight (same applies to some of my friends). There are definitely a lot of obese children, but I feel like the majority of the obese people I see are adults. Also yes, I 100% agree that it is the food lol. That shit is so goddam good, it only makes sense that so many people are obese.

Ill be real with you, covid hit 2020 and I ate almost nothing but doordash (and still do occasionally) for multiple reasons being I live with my mother and I'm not able to buy groceries and fill the fridge since the family has enough already and I was too lazy to cook regardless. I gained maybe 80 pounds and got to 285 lbs but I can never understand how people get so damn big regardless even while using doordash. It's not like I did a whole lot just worked a bit and repeat nothing physically active. I did diet a bit and now I'm at 265 but it's a bit difficult losing weight when I mainly just have to order food and don't have time to do anything physical since my job required me to be there 11 hours a day.

Like the other guy said, if you want to lose weight just order less food (smaller portions or less items etc.). Exercising is not necessary to be at a healthy way

U can loose weight very fast but u have to get ur mind straight. Roughly 90% of the fat loss will come from healthy nutrition and only about 10% from cardio. Lot of ppl seem to not know this for some reason. Do cardio for ur hearts health and not for fat loss.

depends on the person, I did the exact same but I gained like 5kgs at most and lost it when I started just walking to places again, But I've also in the past tried that bulk gym arc and I couldn't physically eat anywhere near enough to put on any size or fat, maybe a nice beer gut is what I need but i got the xqc skeletor build and i fkn hate beer it just gives me an instant headache

It’s because they live an inactive lifestyle and they eat way too much high caloric food. You could stay in a healthy body fat % eating McDonald’s, the problem is people drink sodas all day and eat large meals throughout the day. The more you eat, the larger your stomach gets, then gets accustomed to eating larger amounts to get/feel full.

That would literally defeat the purpose for paying for targeted ad space, which is what this is. If the ad is set to skip within 5 seconds and they skip it, the content creator does not get paid for that ad. If the ad is set to skip within 30 seconds and they skip it, the content creator does not get paid for that ad. That's the point of revenue share, if KZbin doesn't make money due to the ad being skipped, the creator doesn't either.

Calories have literally nothing to do with being fat. If a meal is 500 calories only but I basically just fat, it's way worse than an actual protein / carbs meal that's 1000 calories
