Really enjoyed writing the quotes for these, the length of them isn't something I anticipated to be as massive, but doing slightly more in-depth reasons was really fun and it actually didn't take me that long to do the entire thing, so I'm glad it was something that I could do because I was passioante about it, and didn't transform into a chore. Although for June, I'm likely not going to partake in the quote essays because early june is extremely frenetic school-wise, but I'll definitely still write about future maps in even MORE depth if given the chance, and who knows - maybe even turn some of them into videos? Either way, it was nice to see the community's views on these highlights since it's a pretty memorable batch overall. WJ definitely surprised me the most ranking-wise, and I'm glad Deserted Frontier ended up in the top 2 - even if people may not be as obsessed with it as I am (to the point where I could write about how some random background part is a visual and gameplay marvel that makes this map even more of a masterpiece) it's great to see the community value genuinely inventive and passionate map design. Great video as always, this one has special value to me personally ;P

Personally i don't like deserted frontier, it has very confusing and unsightreadable gameplay, especially the swimming section. And i feel the pacing is a bit strict. Design and ost are fire though 🔥🔥🔥 but the gameplay is a solid 2/10 imo
