For the flip bump my trainer gave a technique which really help me a lot, is that you start off with a standard roll to get use to it then someone on they're hands and knees so you flip over them with using them as lavrage start off with rolling over them, then flipping by pushing off them then just a normal flip really helped me a lot

The way my trainer told me to flip bump was stare into the sky when you jump to get height and when you are in the air look directly at your belly bottom amd youll land flat. I tend to rotate when i flip bump. My fear is the leg drop/ butt bump.
@TilWeMakeIt Жыл бұрын
Do you mean you over-rotate onto your butt?
@wjjwTheDemigod Жыл бұрын
@@TilWeMakeIt not on the flip bump. The bump where you jump up and land on your bump. My trainer said everyone has one that makes them nervous and that's mine.
@S.M.Jean-Mahmoud_Ier Жыл бұрын
Your trainer said well. Mike, if I get it right, he meant the teacher told him to look upwards while doing the flip in order to naturally gain height and secure the head from the canvas. Which is 3000% true since I ve seen it while training myself.

My definition of success is incapsulated perfectly in NF’s song “Hope” It’s quite long but here it is… “What's my definition of success? Listening to what your heart says Standing up for what you know is Right, while everybody else is Tucking their tail between their legs What's my definition of success? Creating something no one else can Being brave enough to dream big Grindin' when you're told to just quit Giving more when you got nothin' left It's a person that'll take a chance on Something they were told could never happen It's a person that can see the bright side through the dark times when there ain't one It's when someone who ain't never had nothin' Ain't afraid to walk away from more profit 'Cause they'd rather do somethin' that they really love and take the pay cut It's a person that would never waver Or change who they are Just to try and gain some credibility So they could feel accepted by a stranger It's a person that can take the failures in their life and turn them into motivation It's believing in yourself when no one else does, it's amazing”

Yeah flip bumps are scary. Mine still aren't that great even a year later. Although my hiptosses I think are quite good. Probably because I can use more physical strength for posting on hiptosses. Doing lots of "mind training" (visualization, but using a term I learned from a VERY different sort of training I used to do) definitely helps, though. Although sometimes I just stay up way later at night than I should, just sitting in bed and visualizing mechanics and whatnot. "It does seem like it's begging for a lawsuit" I sure hope that Santino Bros. channel has taken that into account for their sake, then!
@TilWeMakeIt Жыл бұрын
For what it's worth, I think a hiptoss is a handstand bump, not a flip bump. Do you have a clean handstand bump?

@@krazydragonyt5811 Given how specific this is, I suppose I would consult either a physician or a mental health professional about a strategy that will work for you. Mike it's your old pal Nate. Thank you again so much for all you do for the brotherhood of professional wrestling!!! I am joining your patreon next paycheck...So I officially started training at Boogies Wrestling Camp 4 weeks ago. Jimmy has been very complimentary of my bumps, punches, selling and initial chain training. Speaking of fear!!! Last Sunday on my 38th birthday they gave me the grand honor of putting me into my first ever match. I never expected anything to advance so quickly. Of course being so green I took the fall and it's only 5 mins at best. Not to impose But I'd love for you to see it and get a good laugh. Maybe after I join your patreon we can talk about my first performance. It's an honor that you even respond Mike. Thank you. If you're interested it's the opening match on KZbin BWC Worldwide Episode 8 (Phoenix vs Savage Dragon)
