This is Jeb.............in my opinion, yes. The FED has basically said they will cut 2 more times this year whereas the market is predicting 3 cuts in 2 meetings. That said, I think the market is expecting it. The key to getting lower rates at this point is weaker econ data.

Josh how do you keep refinancing at no cost? Every time I refinance the cheapest I can find is 3k.
