I’m guessing that only the ones who commit crimes have access to speaking with their lawyers? My child was victimized and the case had to be divided by state and federal. I never got to meet who was defending us until sentencing day and he encouraged me to speak about the impact on my family. I have documents that show his sentence, but I never got to speak with the attorney to fully understand. I have no idea if they allow early release, if they have parole for them? I don’t know why every time I hear of a sentence, it’s always in months, but the judge has given him 90 years.

Are they expressing their remorse in general? Or about what they’re being charged guilty of ? The letter is written before their sentencing ? I guess I’m just a little confused . So be your own attorney and prove everything judge is supposed to already know like stop soliciting ALL to complete AA because the law uses it
