The players on the actual Air Force teams are cadets training to be officers. I know he explained it, but its a 4 year program that is a very strict and strenuous curriculum. Everyone has to sign a contract after their sophomore year to finish out the program and become officers after they graduate. So instead of going pro they get their degree and continue training in their career field.

No offense but this Airmen you interviewed didn't seem very knowledgeable on the Air Force Academy. "Air Force" is a military academy that serves as a commissioning source for the Officers of the USAF. The players are cadets in the academy and after graduation, they serve on Active Duty for a minimum of 8 years. If you want a deeper explanation on it let me know.

Gabe Lasher actually they can if they get a waiver it’s really hard but it is possible and has happened! And you don’t go anywhere other then the Air Force. If you go to the air force academy and play football for them. It’s not like after you graduate you can just pick oh I want to go into the navy, army, and or the Marines. Lol by going to the Air Force academy after graduation you become an officer in the Air Force.

Finesse the Cheese back that the game gives him. The game hated that he got back in because Miller was probably going to not show up in the clutch and he was fine with that. He could do that and not record it. Than when he does record again he is already vet starter.
