On Sept. 15, 1963, four young girls lost their lives when a bomb exploded at the 16th Street Baptist Church in Birmingham, Ala. But there was a fifth little girl who survived the Sunday School blast - Sarah Collins Rudolph. Only 12 at the time of the bombing, Collins Rudolph is the lone survivor of the Ku Klux Klan attack that killed her sister, Addie Mae, and three other girls.

This has to be one of the saddest things I’ve ever heard, especially as a father. Rest in paradise to all those beautiful little babies who lost their lives

It's heart-wrenching to hear the pain in her voice. She's an incredibly strong woman who has lived through a harrowing experience. Listening to her story broke my heart. It's truly heartbreaking to think that those men went free for 39 years, and justice turned a blind eye.

She needs a documentary about her life alone. Even as she speaks, it seems as if her family mourned Addie and ignored Sarah 😢

My gracious, you are sooo brave and compassionate with the horrible experience of witnessing the massacre of your sister and playmates. "Right hand held high" in your behalf. We know your dues are "paid in full"👑 precious.

What a horror. This is so sad this woman and the other girls suffered and the parents for several more decades to be haunted by this terrorism. How sad this woman has been forever traumatized. What a beautiful soul on this woman. How tragic her friends were taken.

I dont think anyone is eating in the background. I think she might have dry mouth, and since she’s likely wearing a microphone, the sound is easily picked up.

pre-Oklahoma City, Bombing, (April 19, 1995), pre-9/11, Pre-Afghanistan, Pre-Iraq WMD (Weapons of mass destruction 2003). There was Birmingham, Alabama, (Bombingham) for the amount of Bomb's that was planted in and around in Birmingham, Al. Which detonated.

She Was 10 Years Old That's Considered A Little Girls. She Still Was A Child. And Even If She Were Older It Was Still Evil And Wrong, No Matter Who Or How Old They Is Or Were It Was Pure Evil
