8:29 We gave him the power to die??????????? Let's read the scriptures John 10:17-18 KJV: "Therefore doth my Father love me, because I lay down my life, that I might take it again. No man taketh it from me, but I lay it down of myself. I HAVE THE POWER to lay it down, and I HAVE POWER to take it again. This commandment have I received of my Father." The Word of God, Jesus, says the power to die and raise himself from the dead three days later was not given to him by the corrupt fleshly will of mortals who's heart is wicked with gross darkness. It was given to him by the high and lofty One that inhabiteth eternity, whose name is Holy. Jesus said "I thirst" because he was suffering the consuming fire of the wrath of God upon his very soul because his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness. I pray the Lord have mercy on the elect that remain in these end times and that they not fall for this devilish doctrine of deception. Do not let this light be your light. For in the end of days their light will be darkness. And, if their light be darkness how great is that darkness?
