Until there are consequences for ignoring SCOTUS, it doesn't matter. @gary The 94-2004 ban didn't ban any guns. It banned FEATURES, collapsible stocks, bayonet lugs, ect. The guns themselves were still available for purchase. The ban didn't affect full auto either because full auto Became restricted but still legal to purchase and own in 1986.
