Aiden as a band, meant so much to me growing up. To see it finally close it's final Chapter is such a weird feeling for me. As much as it saddens me, I can't help but feel excited for the future of William Control, and feel proud that I could contribute to this awesome part of his life. Thank you Aiden, for the best fucking memories of my life! It's In Our Heads It's In Our Hearts The World By Storm

*I used to crank Aiden in my 1999 Plymouth Neon Espresso 2-door. It was an all black 5-speed manual with tinted windows, a wing, and the 2.0 DOHC engine. It wasn't a racecar. But it was zippy.* *Just a fun car, with the greatest music cranked out of my car's big audio setup. HUGE bass and sound. 20-ish years has flown by....*

Watching this band for the 7 years I have and seeing it end almost feels like a good friend has passed away. Aiden has been there for me when no one else was and they've shown me that it's okay to think and dress the way I do. I never even got to see them live and it hurts because I'll never get that closure. At least I know that I'll always have the music to blast when I'm depressed and upset or excited and happy. RIP Aiden, I'll miss you guys dearly.

Woah. I’ve never heard an artist say. “Music is free..face it.” Haha that shit hit different. This is crazy I remember growing up to him as a kid back in MySpace prime and then just recently rediscovering the person as a 25 year old now and hearing their life story felt raw as fuck.

William, I never had the pleasure of getting to see Aiden, but it has been a great pleasure to see you grow as an artist. For years, you guys were some of my favourite artists. I'm looking forward to whatever you put out in the future. Congrats man, and best of luck!

Thank you very much William for giving so many years of your life to the Aiden project, for me it was very important in my adolescence, I was listening to Aiden in very sad moments of my life and he accompanied me until I almost took my life , but he was also in very happy moments with friends. 2024 and I still fondly remember Aiden. thanks thank you so much!

One of the biggest regrets I have is not driving from Dallas to Arizona the day after the show at gas monkey got rained out. Although I was crushed that night in Dallas, I still couldn't thank you enough after your set you played for us in that shitty bar. I thanked you, and want to thank you again for being so full of character, and so humble, and so caring of your fans that you still played a few sad bastard songs for us, because you wouldn't let us go home empty handed. 10 years later I never got to see "Aiden" perform, and that blows. But for 10 years, Aiden has been there for me, through thick and thin. I'm infinitely grateful to Aiden, and all of its members, past and present. Thank you. Here's to many more years of great tunes, and great memories.

I found aiden in high school when nightmare anatomy came out in 2005. I remember downloading it from limewire, but I lost it, after I bought a new ipod. I got disguises in 2021 and knives in 2022, and just recently bought back nightmare anatomy, and still remember it like I did in high school.

My favorite band as a teen. I kind of looked up to Wil in a way. I hadn’t listened to Aiden in a while and and decided recently to and it feels weird. I still feel embarrassment for this one time I commented on myspace on a post from Nick asking him to tell Wil I said happy birthday but the internet acted up and like spam posted it. That sounds dumb to do anyway but I was a young teen, and like a young teen I had an “idol” and that was Wil for me.

"I dont drink or do drugs" Meanwhile in The Truth About William "I'm an alcoholic, I'm a drug addict. took my first drink when i was about 11." I've been a fan of his for a long time but at the same time im really starting to question what is the truth and what isnt when it comes to what he says. Which makes the allegations that much harder to process with credibility.
@markshadows36673 жыл бұрын
I was a huge Aiden and WC fan for many years. Not really anymore but to clarify, all he meant by that was that he'll always be an addict whether he still drinks or uses drugs. Most addicts feel that way. So it's easily assumed he just replaced addiction to those substances with a sex addiction.
@jenniferbock1115 Жыл бұрын
He's been sober for 22 years. He hadbad addiction problems as a kid. AA thinks you are always an addict, he talks about this freely in interviews.😊

Aidens nightmare anatomy was one of my childhood albums, I was to young to understand the politics of music, didn't know they broke up till I was older and wondered why there was no new music, they got a lot of hate and idk why! To emo they said, like what?
