kokomi quest is confirmed, as said in the 2.1 special program. it probably will revolve around enkanomiya somewhere because there is a quest from a shrine maiden "The Moon Bathed Deep" and you have to unbreak seals and SUPPOSEDLY you have to go into enkanomiya and fight a serpent who was killed by orobashi, but the quest stopped when you unlocked all the seals, entered "The Heart" (just 4 seals with a water puddle in the middle) and unlocked all seals, fought the hydro mimics, and find the Key of the Moon-Bathed Deep in the middle of the puddle. There is no point in which you jump into Enkanomiya to slay the evil serpent inside, it is only said by the shrine maiden. i think kokomi's quest will shine on that further. maybe it might be a gateway to tsurumi island if mihoyo wants to update earlier? i dont really think so. but kokomi's quest will probably involve jumping into enkanomiya and slaying the enemies below.

Actually I know how to swim ( not a professional though) but still when you jump into that whirlpool it feels like there is some kind of darkness keep surrounding you. But in other pools or rivers in genshin I like to dive from the highest point possible because I like the diving animation.

I think the middle might be Enkanomiya? The place was mentioned by the "Heart of Watatsumi" and I think the NPC said "we shall meet again at Enkanomiya in a few days". Maybe it's related to Kokomi's story quest hmmmmm

@@dreadfulman5191 No. Enkanomiya's Entrance is near the hydro Hypostasis area. That's where the world quest where we are supposed to break 4 seals. The seal on the entrance is the fin part.

Wow. I thought I was the only one getting eerie vibes from it. At first I thought it was very beautiful. It's mesmerizing and really pretty. I purposefully fall thinking it would be like a portal that will open after doing the shrine quest in watatsumi island. So I dove in and the character swam. This is the entrance to Enkanomiya, the first home of the Watatsumi Islanders, and to use it you need to do the quest to loosen its seal, and for now the seal still doesn’t work even after you finish the quest but I do think it has a lot of potential to be relevant in Kokomi’s story quest. (yes it is the official ‘portal’ the people of Watatsumi use, the Shrine Maiden Tsukuyo tells you about it in a World quest, and since each run through of the quest gives 20-30 primogems, I’m betting it’s gonna play a huge part of the storyline and lore of Inazuma. The gist of the quest is to obtain spirit pearls to access the gate of Enkanomiya, with a total of 5? pearls to open the portal.) Also this quest was a pain in the ass of someone who hasn’t explored Inazuma.

The first time i found out about the whirlpool was when i was doing a quest in the Middle of the night, irl and inside game. Because i was gliding, i thought that it looked neat from above and wondered if it was another abyssal portal. So i plunged down, expecting to get teleported or die. But then it didn't happen. I was actually surprised that i didn't die and was floating. And it's honestly pretty terrifying when i tried swimming in it only to see that the water is very dark and deep just like the abyss. Especially when you're sleep deprived.
