One good and interesting thing about this game is that since the "waifu" and "husbando" banners are alternated, you get enough time to save and focus only on one or another in case you like only female characters or only male characters. That being said, if we continue to follow the CN schedule, the next banner will be Skylar. She brings a lot of utility and can fit well on all the current main teams: her stars are considered as summons, so you can slot her in the Summoner team, her control and DPS also help control the battlefield which helps direct Scarlett's damage and keep Azusa safe in the Wind team, and if you throw her in the Fire team you get Explosion. She can also be used to start building Electroconduct, and will pair well with Boreas (the banner after her). Tl;dr, not a main DPS but a neat versatile character to have. Regarding Baili Tusu, from our testing, in the Global meta, the Fire team will be one of the best picks for the upcoming Simultaneous Raid. Still, since this team is dupe-heavy, for F2P and Low Spenders, unless you already have the pieces for the Fire Team (at least Cyros, preferably Dupe 1 Cyros), then I'd advise saving for at least one copy of Boreas and 3 dupes of Feng Qingxue to make the most of the long-term meta.
