Given the amount of heat the refs and chiefs have been getting lately - especially because the topic is getting onto mainstream shows and even making it to the refs and Goodell, I would be shocked if the refs don't go to pains to call this game right down the middle. They might even err on the side of the Eagles given how much the reputation of the league is being impugned right now
