I’m just bored and wanted to watch something African, couldn’t really find anything. I was interested in ready to go to sleep, but then I saw this was done by African son productions so here I am, you guys are absolutely the best I can’t really put my finger on it, but African son productions is by far the absolute best and videography and supporting the hunting story. Thank you so much! You’re a videographer(s) have an exceptionally gifted ability to do video not just the hunt or the people or the animals, but little things along the way, I like flowers, weird trees, growths, etc. tracks and one of my favorite parts is the beautiful meals that are served, it is just so much that is filmed, that I would personally love to see myself from the tiniest things during the hunt to the hunt itself to before, and after, and every little tiny thing along the way. There is no one that ever comes close to the quality of movies produced by African son productions, I get not a penny from them don’t wanna penny from them., I just absolutely love the way they do their videos. Top-notch you cannot get better.

Good day Don, thank you for the amazing comment. Sorry for the slow reply. I was travelling and didn't want to rush a reply. We try our best to capture everything around the hunt also. These hunts aren't just about pulling the trigger, or about the biggest animals out there. It's so much more. Not many viewers see that like you did. It is to me anyway virtually impossible for any better videography. It is not just the hunt, but the little things along the way like spiderwebs, plants things that you would notice while you were walking there on your own along with them. A huge part of it that I always look forward to is the meals that are served, oh my gosh their time off of the hunt is just as wonderful as the hunt, you guys had this stuff nailed! I also want you to know that what I'm saying is an understatement it's just magical the way you cover the entire experience. Hats off in a massive way to African Sun, you fully portray the magical and mystical environment in its entirety. I will never be able to afford to go to Africa to hunt, it would be so impossible, but is such a treasure to almost seemingly be there and that is only possible by the quality of video that y'all provide. Impeccable to say the least.

Good day Stephen, I waited to reply because I wanted to thank you properly, instead of just a quick reply on the phone. Thank you VERY much for the kind words and the support. We try hard to show everything around the hunt, not only the kill. Many want to see only the action but there are enough other channels for them. I'm sorry you won't be able to afford to come over. It is cheaper than most people think, or at least it can be, depending on where you go. He really is! But also for a good cause. He bought the whole 2020 quota because Covid stopped hunters from coming to Africa. Without the funding the land and habitat would have been in trouble.

It's a serious amount of meat and I just read that it is illegal to sell cape buffalo meat, so what do you do with all that meat?

It is legal to sell and distribute buffalo meat, although there are regulations involved. An outfitter like this has the needed registered abattoir and can legally process all meat. One of my favorite meals is buffalo tail stew, amazing stuff!
