Before you actually go online make sure all your cars are level 399 because you could be satisfied but if you want to win races you should be confident because you have max level.

I have a question about derelict cars. They are low level cars and I want to ask you how you can get a low level car to level 396. How did you build it? In the video you only show the result without showing how you got it to level 396. By just buying speed cards I have not been able to get to that level, I need your help.
