I found this pod about 2 years ago and binged through the first 100 episodes or so and I haven't missed a week since. Even when the topics weren't my cup of tea, I always knew the crew would make it entertaining. I'll miss this podcast more than most. 😢

Thanks you, Jim, Forrest, Jack and of course Kelly for all the laughs and knowledge. You read a message of mine on an episode which explained how IDKAT had provided a tremendous amount of solace to my family during a difficult and trying time. Even though you bitched about four people listening from one Patreon account, I'll be forever grateful to you all. Thank you so very, very much.

Jesus…I must have teared up several times. As a life long Los Angeles Resident and Dodger fan, every time I hear Vin Scully say, “It’s time for Dodger Baseball” a sense of calmness and peace comes over me. Thanks Jim, Forrest, Jack, and Kelly for 207 fantastic episodes. I hope you return, but if you don’t, the greatness of this podcast is that the episodes are evergreen. Thanks again and good night Australia.

Buncha QUITTERS! JK. This was/is my favorite comedy podcast and helped me through pandemic isolation immensely. Funny, informative, you're all very likeable, and the pod never turned into comedians trying to act like life gurus as so many others have. I paid the highest monthly patreon membership even though you told us not to out of gratitude. Thank you.

Thanks for all the laughs! Sad that this has come to an end but it was amazing and got me through many rough work days watching and listening. At one point you had an idea about a Legit podcast and rewatching episodes and having some of the cast break them down. I would love to see that happen. Legit was absolutely amazing and I think a lot of us would love to hear deep dives into the episodes! Thanks again to all of you that made the podcast happen!!

Fun fact I learned on idkat It is estimated that spiders eat 1-2 times as much weight in insects as all of humanity eat in meat and fish each year, which is 400 to 800 million tons of insects. If we didn’t have spiders it would be flies that ruled the world, not humans.

90% chance Jack starts a podcast called "You don't know Jack" where the gimmick is a different guest interviews him every week. Before being issued a cease and desist from the creators of the "You don't know Jack" series of trivia games. Then just re-launches as "The Jack-off" where the gimmick is all of the guests are also called "Jack".

As much as Ive loved and learned from every episode, what I think of constantly is an off-handed remark Jim made in one of the beginning episodes (I think) about how every comedian has a podcast and theyre all just the same people talking to each other over and over. Theyre so boring. I wish they'd copy concepts like this (whether directly or indirectly) so they can start getting more traction and grow real fanbases instead of thinking they have to get lucky with an algorithm (as they all do the same thing...)
